- Before beginning the project work with a particular client, we take out a complete survey to guide ourselves about the brand and its loopholes. This process helps us to check if we can offer desirable results to the company using our strategies.
- Our working and task development encourages synchronization between both parties eliminating any scope of dispute in the future. Keeping this in mind, we make sure that each project we take out is initiated by keeping the company in the loop as and when the process goes on. Hence, this assists us in eliminating the development of any risk of project cancellation or contract reversal.
- After approval of the mock-up designs, the payment done by the client becomes non-refundable as we move a step up to the project's development phase.
- Since we offer a service-based service to the other party, both time and human resources are involved in every completed project. Therefore, we do not offer a refund on the task that is already completed.
- Moreover, we also do not offer a partial refund mid-way through the initial stage of the project.
- If the client still wishes to discontinue our services, then the client will be charged only for the completed tasks. However, if any future payment stands pending, then the payment is automatically negated. Kindly note, that no preceding deposit or payment shall be revoked in any scenario.
- The amount finalised on account of special occasions offered by our marketing team is irrevocable and these projects are time-bound and cannot be nullified.
- We also do not offer any partial or complete refund in the scenario of the temporary projects that exceed 30 days period.

This Online Business Promotion Agreement is entered into as of Date "xyz" by and between:

WHEREAS, the Business desires to promote its online products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer traffic to its website; and Google Pages
WHEREAS, the Promotion Company specializes in online business promotion and has the necessary expertise and resources to assist the Business in achieving its promotional goals;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:
Services: The Promotion Company agrees to provide online business promotion services to the Business as described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Services"). The Parties shall discuss and agree upon the specific details, scope, and timeline for each promotional campaign. Package details are mentioned below
Compensation: In consideration for the Services provided by the Promotion Company, the Business shall pay the Promotion Company the fees specified in Exhibit B attached hereto. Payment terms and methods shall be agreed upon by the Parties.
Intellectual Property: The Business represents and warrants that it owns or has the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use all intellectual property (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials) provided to the Promotion Company to promote the Business's products/services. The Promotion Company shall not acquire any ownership rights to such intellectual property.
Confidentiality: Both Parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information of the other Party during this Agreement. They agree to keep all confidential information confidential and not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than as necessary to fulfil their obligations under this Agreement unless required by law
Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either Party by the terms herein. Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon the mentioned below-written notice to the other Party for any reason. Upon termination, the Promotion Company shall promptly return any confidential information provided by the Business. In case the 2 nd party is not satisfied with our work we can refund only the labor charges advertised and other expenses we don’t refund like promotion expenses, etc.…
If 2nd party needs online reviews and a social media bot increases followers' likes and views services, we use a bot email system to post reviews and social presence increase in case we fail we don’t give any refund for the bot type of service this thing already cleared all of the services, customers are not satisfied we don’t give a refund for this type service,
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Noida INDIA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through goodfaith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to mediation or binding arbitration as mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
